He chooses someone to debuff making them and anyone near them immobile and doing an aoe around them. The two patrols by him come separately but will come back as adds in the fight. At some low percent the dragon abandons his master and you just take the last few health out of him for a kill. He lays clouds of pain on the floor, just move out of them. The dragon does a frontal cone but I don't think he has a tail swipe. But comes back mounted on his massive dragon. Just move from the group if you get targetted by it and let it explode on you away from others.Īt some lowish percent he jumps off the ledge. It's not massively evil but the extra mana if it hits everyone for your healer may end up being a problem as this is a fairly intensive healing fight. They just run to someone and do an aoe if they reach them. Throughout the fight he summons fire elementals which can be killed but are better kited. What? Only 664k health? This will be EASY! Not that simple. So the healer isn't bored something randomly bolts the group from above. He also has a shield, you get to freely nuke him as he's stationary and doesn't attack but only takes damage from behind. Tank and healer need to cycle their cooldowns at this point. The dual blades means very big tank damage. He will also jump at people and pick them up, if that person was close to the kiting tank he'll be in range and that's bad. Tank needs to move away at pick weapon and stay away in this case, kiting him around the area. The double hander makes him deal enormous, unhealable, damage to his target but moves slower. Before picking up a new weapon he casts "Pick Weapon" allowing you some time to get away from him in case it's the most danagerous choice, the double hander. He has 3 stances based on what weapon he chooses to use. Makes the roof cave in at certain points, just stay out of it. If the tank dies you can kite him around, but not towards the next boss or he resets. You need him down soon afterwards if you want a clean kill. At 25% he enrages and tank needs to pop everything. You can keep the tank alive, at least as a paladin, by LoHing the first bleed and HoPing the second (get the tank a cancelaura macro) and popping GotAK for the third. He charges the ranged, does a frontal shockwave-esque stun and does something called blitz. There are adds that also put out a stacking bleed. A 30k/sec bleed is put on the tank and only removed if the tank is healed to full. Comment by fakehBoss tactics as of build 12857 (though trash deserve their own tactics per-mod also).
